Creation of Man:-
The Quranic verses describing the story of the creation of Mankind are made of about twenty different versions, most of which are contrary to the Biblical story and in almost all cases, totally senseless and incomprehensible:
3: 59 This similitude of Jesus before Allah is as that of Adam: He created him from dust [Tturab] then said to him: "Be" and he was.
*** The reader should be made aware of the total falsities and errors imbedded in the above verse.
Firstly, Jesus was definitely not created from dust - like Adam - since he was born from a woman as the Gospels - which are after all the primary sources - describe.
It is not up to the Quran - which was written over 635 years after the original events - to change the story, pervert it to suit its agenda and, adding insult to injury, claim that its version is the truth, based only upon the uncorroborated say so, of an unlearned and allegedly illiterate man, called Muhammad.
Secondly, according to the Bible - which is obviously the original source of the creation story that the Quran is plundering - although it is true that Adam was moulded from dust, he was non the less, not given life by the word of God, BE, but by God breathing life into his nostrils as described in:
Genesis 2:" 7 And God formed Man from the man of dust from the ground, and He blew into his nostrils the soul of life; and man became a living being"
Thirdly and moreover, since according to the Quran, the Torat was given to Moses by Allah, why then is its version different from that of the Quran?
How is it possible that the infallible Allah would give two contradictory versions of the same event? ***
4: 1 O mankind! reverence your Guardian-Lord Who created you from a single person [Nafsoun Wahidati] created of like nature his mate and from them twain scattered (like seeds) countless men and women; reverence Allah through Whom ye demand your mutual (rights) and (reverence) the wombs (that bore you): for Allah ever watches over you.
*** Mankind was definitely not created from a single person but through the copulation of a man and a woman, from TWO, Adam and Eve. The verse above is actually trying to describe Adam and Eve's creation - as depicted in the Bible - and NOT Mankind's.
Muhammad, as usual, got intellectual matters mixed up because his knowledge of most of the Biblical stories and events and his understanding of the underlining cause and effect were extremely superficial.
On top of all of the muddles above, the translator did not do justice to the verse by misrepresenting 'created of like nature' instead of the actual 'created from its partner' which is the correct version of events; Eve from the rib of Adam***
15: 26 We created man from sounding [fermented] clay from mud molded into shape;
*** According to the Biblical original, Adam was created from dust and no clay was involved. Yet again, the Quranic version is wrong.
Since the Quran itself asserts that the Torah was Allah's revelation and hence immutable, then how is it possible for the Quran to pervert what it asserted to be inviolate?***
16: 4 He has created man from a sperm drop [Nutfati]; and behold this same (man) becomes an open disputer!
*** Once again, the Quranic version is wrong since no 'man' can be created from a spermdrop without the required egg to start the process of division and 'regeneration'.
Moreover, the translation of the word (Nutfat) should be Semen and not a (sperm drop) since there was no knowledge of sperms in Muhammad's days***
22: 5 O mankind! if ye have a doubt about the Resurrection (consider) that We created you out of dust [turabi] then out of sperm [nutfati] then out of a leech-like clot [alaqati] then out a morsel of flesh [muthghati] partly formed and partly unformed in order that We may manifest (Our Power) to you; and We cause whom We will to rest in the wombs(arhami) for an appointed term then do We bring you out as babes then (foster you) that ye may reach your age of full strength; and some of you are called to die and some are sent back to the feeblest old age so that they know nothing after having known (much). And (further) thou seest the earth barren and lifeless but when We pour down rain on it it is stirred (to life) it swells and it puts forth every kind of beautiful growth (in pairs).
23: 12 Man We did create from a quintessence of clay [Tteen] 13 Then We placed him as [a drop of] sperm [nutfata] in a place of rest firmly fixed; 14 Then We made the sperm [nutfata] into a clot of congealed blood [alqata]; then of that clot We made a lump (foetus)[muthghata]; then We made out of that lump [muthghata] bones and clothed the bones with flesh; then We developed out of it another creature: so blessed be Allah the Best to create!
*** The Quran does not seem to make up its 'mind' as to how mankind was created inspite of the allegation that, it, the Quran, is the word of Allah.
Well since it was God who after all - in the Bible - created Man (from Dust), then surely He should know that He created Man not from clay. It is blasphemy to portray the Almighty as totally uncertain and without a clue - as the Quran depicts Him ***
25: 54 It is He Who has created man from water [Maa]: then has He established relationships of lineage and marriage: for thy Lord has power (over all things).
*** This is of course a completely NOVEL idea of the creation of Man. Not even the Bible was able to come to such a conclusion or a certainty ***
30: 20 Among His Signs is this that He created you from dust [Tturab]; and then Behold ye are men scattered (far and wide)
*** Humanity was NOT created from dust, only ADAM. The Quran has certainly got it ALL very mixed up. There is absolutely nothing divine about such contradicrory and inconsistent contradictions***
32: 7 He Who has made everything which He has created most Good. He began the creation of man with (nothing more than) clay 8 And made his progeny from a quintessence of the nature of a fluid despise [Maai Muheeni]:
*** This is yet one more novel process of creation. The translation is also wrong since it should read 'offensive water'.
Muhammad used this version of creation based upon his misunderstanding some of the ideas that were transmitted to him by some Jewish rabbis one of which was the following:
Mishnah in Tractate Avoth, Chapter 3:1 which states "…. Whence thou art come-from a fetid drop; and whither thou art going- to a place of dust, worms and maggots…***
35: 11 And Allah did create you from dust [Tturab]; then from a sperm-drop [Nutfati]; then He made you in pairs [Azwaja]. And no female conceives or lays down (her load) but with His knowledge. Nor is a man long-lived granted length of days nor is a part cut off from his life but is in a Decree (ordained). All this is easy for Allah.
*** As mentioned in 4:1, Muhammad's superficial understanding of the Biblical stories that he heard made him commit numerous and colossal mistakes since he was prone to get names, centuries, personalities and concepts mixed up and misrepresented.
It was only Adam who was created from dust and NOT Mankind. Mankind was the result of procreation between Adam and Eve.
Moreover, the sequence above should represent the evolutionary progress of the fertilised egg into a human being, which is NOT the creation of Man.
In all the following verses, the Quran shows total ignorance of the fact that the man's sperm alone cannot create life without the woman's ovum (egg). This vital ingredient to the procreation of life is totally missing in the Quran ***
36: 77 Doth not man see that it is We Who created him from sperm [Nutfati]? Yet behold! He (stands forth) as an open adversary!
39: 6 He created you (all) from a single person [Nafsi Wahidati]: then created of like nature his mate; and He sent down for you eight head of cattle in pairs: He makes you in the wombs of your mothers in stages one after another in three veils of darkness. Such is Allah your Lord and Cherisher: to Him belongs (all) dominion. There is no god but He: then how are ye turned away (from your true Center)?
40: 67 It is He Who has created you from dust [Tturab] then from a sperm-drop [Nutfati] then from a leech-like clot [Alqati] ; then does He get you out (into the light) as a child: then lets you (grow and) reach your age of full strength; then lets you become old though of you there are some who die before; and lets you reach a Term appointed: in order that ye may learn wisdom.
70: 39 By no means! For We have created them out of the (base matter) they know!
*** Why should the dust of the Earth from which Mankind was created be called 'base matter' ?
The Bible makes it clear that the Almighty looked at His own 'creation' on the sixth and final day and saw that all was 'good'***
75: 37 Was he not a drop of sperm [Nutfat] emitted (in lowly form)? 38 Then did he become a leech-like clot [Alaq] ; then did (Allah) make and fashion (him) in due proportion.
*** This translation is wrong and cannot mean a sperm but definitely semen ***
77: 20 Have We not created you from a fluid [Maain] (held) despicable [maheen]?
78: 8 And (have We not) created you in pairs
*** According to the Bible, all the animals EXCEPT Man, were created in pairs ***
80: 19 From a sperm-drop [Nutfat] : He hath created him and then mouldeth him in due proportions;
86: 6 He is created from a drop emitted [maai dafiqi] 7 Proceeding from between the backbone and the ribs:
#6071 A man's seed is the quintessence of his body. It proceeds from his loins, i.e., from his back between the hip-bones and his ribs. His back-bone is the source and symbol of his strength and personality. In the spinal cord and in the brain is the directive energy of the central nervous system, and this directs all action, organic and psychic. The spinal cord is continuous with the Medulla Oblongata in the brain#
*** The above is the wrong translation since Maai Dafiqi is tepid water and NOT drop emitted. Most relevant of all, is that Muhammad's erroneous knowledge of embriology is based upon what was learned in his days from the writings of the Greek, Hippocrates (Hippocratic Writings, Penguin Classics, 1983, p. 317).
This shows once more, that Muhammad's 'knowledge' about all the subjects in the Quran was plagiarised, pirated, plundred and/or perverted from those of others none of which were of his own intellectual creation nor were they 'recited' to him by any divinity or any one else.
The attempt by the interpreter to explain the meaning of the verse is both futile and childish since he is trying to 'defend the indefensible'.
No amount of contorted logic and biology can rectify the explicit and totally erroneous embryological implications of this verse ***
94:1 "Have We not opened up your chest and removed your burden which left you hopeless?"
Tabari 6:75 "'Messenger, how did you first know with absolute certainty that you were a prophet?' He replied, 'Two angels came to me while I was somewhere in Mecca…. One angel said, "Open his breast and take out his heart." He opened my chest and heart, removing the pollution of Satan and a clot of blood, and threw them away. Then one said, "Wash his breast as you would a receptacle." He summoned the Sakinah, which looked like the face of a white cat, and it was placed in my heart. Then one said, "Sew up his breast." So they sewed up my chest and placed the seal between my shoulders.'"
*** This verse shows an obsession by Muhammad with the word (Alaq= Leach/Clot) from which MAN was created according to 96:2.
This verse also completely destroys the later formed dogma of the sinlessness of Muhammad ***
96: 2 Created man out of a (mere) clot of congealed blood [Alaq]:
*** This verse was the very first 'revelation' of the Quran when the angel Gabriel allegedly confronted Muhammad in the year 610AD. This verse should of course have been the first in the Quran, but is not.
What is most astounding, is that contrary to the Biblical version of the creation, wherein Adam was created from dust, the Quran asserts that mankind was created from 'congealed blood'.
But 'congealed blood', is none reproductive since it is actually dead and nearly solidified.
More over, the interpretation of the word Alaq has been deliberately falsified and mistranslated. Alaq is similar to the Hebrew Alqa which means Leech and not congealed blood.
Either way, this is contrary to the divinely revealed Torah as given to Moses. The same Torah that the Quran repeatedly asserts is the word of Allah***

Allah's Apostle, the true and truly inspired said, "(The matter of the Creation of) a human being is put together in the womb of the mother in forty days, and then he becomes a clot of thick blood for a similar period, and then a piece of flesh for a similar period. Then Allah sends an angel who is ordered to write four things. He is ordered to write down his (i.e. the new creature's) deeds, his livelihood, his (date of) death, and whether he will be blessed or wretched (in religion). Then the soul is breathed into him. So, a man amongst you may do (good deeds till there is only a cubit between him and Paradise and then what has been written for him decides his behavior and he starts doing (evil) deeds characteristic of the people of the (Hell) Fire. And similarly a man amongst you may do (evil) deeds till there is only a cubit between him and the (Hell) Fire, and then what has been written for him decides his behavior, and he starts doing deeds characteristic of the people of Paradise."
Sahih Al-Bukhari HadithHadith 4.549 Narrated byAbdullah
Allah's Apostle, the true and truly inspired said, "(as regards your creation), every one of you is collected in the womb of his mother for the first forty days, and then he becomes a clot for an other forty days, and then a piece of flesh for another forty days. Then Allah sends an angel to write four words: He writes his deeds, time of his death, means of his livelihood, and whether he will be wretched or blessed (in religion). Then the soul is breathed into his body. So a man may do deeds characteristic of the people of the (Hell) Fire, so much so that there is only the distance of a cubit between him and it, and then what has been written (by the angel) surpasses, and so he starts doing deeds characteristic of the people of Paradise and enters Paradise. Similarly, a person may do deeds characteristic of the people of Paradise, so much so that there is only the distance of a cubit between him and it, and then what has been written (by the angel) surpasses, and he starts doing deeds of the people of the (Hell) Fire and enters the (Hell) Fire."
Sahih Al-Bukhari HadithHadith 8.593 Narrated byAbdullah
Allah's Apostle, the truthful and truly-inspired, said, "Each one of you collected in the womb of his mother for forty days, and then turns into a clot for an equal period (of forty days) and turns into a piece of flesh for a similar period (of forty days) and then Allah sends an angel and orders him to write four things, i.e., his provision, his age, and whether he will be of the wretched or the blessed (in the Hereafter). Then the soul is breathed into him. And by Allah, a person among you (or a man) may do deeds of the people of the Fire till there is only a cubit or an arm-breadth distance between him and the Fire, but then that writing (which Allah has ordered the angel to write) precedes, and he does the deeds of the people of Paradise and enters it; and a man may do the deeds of the people of Paradise till there is only a cubit or two between him and Paradise, and then that writing precedes and he does the deeds of the people of the Fire and enters it."
*** If the sequence of growth of the human foetus described above is 'truly inspired'
- by God - then in actual fact 'nature' is not obeying the Almighty.
Here we have a gestation period of only three months instead of nine. What this hadith- and the ones following - also makes clear, is that every human being is PREDESTINED by Allah, and has no FREE WILL.
This Quranic concept is completely at odds with the Biblical one which decrees that on the contrary, Mankind has free will and is responsible for all of his actions whether for good or for evil or both***
